7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• An unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, is mandatory.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, invoices, certificates (if applicable), and accessories must be returned with the product.

Approval Process

• Every return or exchange request is subject to verification by our quality team.

• Once your request and supporting evidence are reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return or exchange process.

• Requests submitted without an unboxing video or for products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may be rejected.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

• Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within the applicable banking timeline.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
