Return & Exchange Window

• Returns and exchanges can be requested within 3–5 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.

Approval Process

• Every return or exchange request is subject to verification by our quality team.
• Once your request and supporting evidence are reviewed and approved, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
• Requests without an unboxing video or for used/damaged products may be declined.

Refunds

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable banking timeline.
